This 530 Chain Motorcycle is made of SCM420 chromium molybdenum alloy steel with an average tensile strength of more than 40 kN. The 530 Chain Motorcycle is the 1 precision power transmission component made of high-quality alloy steel. It efficiently transmits engine torque to the rear wheels by meshing with sprockets. It is suitable for high-performance street cars and off-road motorcycles.
The unique four-sided riveting process is adopted to increase the flared diameter of the pin shaft head by 0.3mm, so that the thrust load bearing capacity of the chain link side plate is increased by 25%, and the risk of chain detachment under high-speed operation is effectively prevented.
Before leaving the factory, high-viscosity and high-temperature resistant grease is injected through vacuum environment to ensure that the grease penetrates into the area of 100% of the clearance between pin shaft and sleeve. Compared with ordinary oil immersion process, the initial running-in wear of the chain is reduced by 60%.
Before leaving the factory, all chains are pre-stretched by 1/3 breaking load, which eliminates the initial inelastic deformation of the material, controls the initial elongation after loading within 0.1%, and greatly reduces the adjustment frequency.
Abandon the rolled sleeve, the seamless sleeve formed by cold extrusion is adopted, and the cylindricity tolerance is controlled within 0.01mm to ensure smooth meshing with the sprocket and reduce the operating noise by 3 to 5 decibels.
Equipped with high-quality nitrile rubber X-ring, it uses four contact points to form a double sealing barrier. Compared with traditional O-ring, it can lock 40% more lubricating oil and block dirt from the outside.
